What Our Customers Say About Working With Us
The best way to judge a tree company isn't the website — it's what people say after the trucks leave. Here's what your neighbors around Boston and southern Erie County have told us.

A Tree Care Company Rooted in Boston, NY — Literally
Boston isn't a big town, and that's exactly what makes it special. Out here in the hills south of Buffalo, people know their neighbors, recognize familiar trucks, and value honest work. At Boston Tree Services, we understand that a good reputation is built one job at a time. With over 5 years of experience in the tree service industry, we've learned that quality workmanship, reliability, and keeping your word matter in a close-knit community.
Our approach has stayed the same from the beginning: show up when we say we will, give honest advice about your trees, and recommend practical solutions that make sense for your property and budget. Sometimes, the best solution is also the simplest one, and we'll tell you that.
Today, Boston Tree Services proudly serves homeowners across Boston, Hamburg, Eden, West Seneca, and Orchard Park. Different communities, different properties, but the same commitment to reliable service, careful workmanship, and leaving every yard looking better than we found it.
How We Work — Safety, Honesty, and Respect for Your Property
-
Safety before speed.
Rigging, drop zones, spotters on the ground. A tree job done fast but careless isn't done — it's just lucky. We don't work on luck.
-
Honest assessments.
Sometimes the answer is "that tree's fine, save your money." We'd rather lose a job today and keep a customer for twenty years than the other way around.
-
Prices that don't move.
The number we write on the estimate is the number on the invoice. If something unexpected comes up mid-job, we stop and talk to you first.
-
Your yard, treated like ours.
Plywood down for the heavy equipment, flower beds flagged, gates closed behind us. The chainsaws are loud; everything else about us is considerate.
